 Position Overview – Creative Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in managing our digital presence, creating engaging content, and supporting various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creative content creation across multiple platforms.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Social Media Management
    • Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
    • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) to enhance social media presence and drive engagement.
  • Photo Library Management
    • Save and organize new photos into shared libraries, and share with the company.
    • Add new photos to various web galleries.
    • Cultivate photos online from various projects.
    • Collaborate with customers and the sales team to curate photos.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and write blog posts.
    • Review and approve partner content, including blogs and ad copy.
    • Create case studies and gather testimonials.
  • Video Marketing
    • Shoot raw video footage internally, and work with videographer to edit and produce video content for various platforms and use cases.
    • Manage and organize video content and YouTube channel.
  • Email Marketing
    • Design and implement drip campaigns.
    • Create and update sales templates.
    • Develop and execute marketing email campaigns to support internal initiatives.
  • Marketing Collateral
    • Manage and update existing marketing and sales brochures.
    • Create new brochures, look books, design books, and e-books to support various marketing initiatives.
  • Miscellaneous
    • Collaborate with specification partner to create, update, and add additional specifications and project case studies.
    • Design various types of ad placements including social media imagery, display ads, reels, and video ads.
  • Software Management
    • Manage and maintain Acucraft’s product catalog utilizing PandaDoc quoting software.
    • Update and create quote templates for Acucraft products utilizing PandaDoc quoting software.
  • Lead Tracking & Reporting
    • Track and report on marketing leads using HubSpot (CRM).
    • Track and report on repeat and referral business, and create related collateral.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience with video editing software and shooting raw video, preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Prefer candidates local to Minneapolis; in-office hybrid and remote options available
