Acucraft Fireplace Advisor

Position Overview – Fireplace Advisor

As a Fireplace Advisor, team members are tasked with reaching out to residential owners, contractors, designers, and architectural firms interested in wood, gas, and outdoor fireplaces. The role involves responding promptly to inquiries and following up to ensure all client needs are met. Successful candidates will possess the ability to communicate descriptively and persuasively, guiding clients through purchase decisions with a series of engaging and in-depth conversations. Building trust and rapport is essential, as developing strong relationships with clients is key to driving sales and fostering long-term partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound calls and respond to incoming leads
  • Develop and grow new business, partnerships, and relationships
  • Provide potential customers with detailed descriptions, recommendations, and product pricing
  • Help facilitate customer communication through the internal sales process, with Customer Experience Managers, and Engineers
  • Administrative tasks including, but not limited to: emailing product information / brochures to potential clients and maintenance of reporting / database systems
  • Complete documentation and database reporting
  • Provide additional support to team members as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience; experience with high-ticket sales, preferred
  • Must have experience with quoting software and CRM systems; HubSpot preferred
  • Willingness to learn mechanical components and concepts; knowledge of HVAC or technical sales, preferred
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a sense of urgency
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen and understand both professional and consumer clients
  • Strong problem-solving and closing skills
  • Driven, outgoing personality with a passion to sell high-quality products

Reports To: Director of Sales

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Big Lake, Minnesota

Pay: Base + Commission
