Gas Fireplaces

Working hand-in-hand with Melzer, Decker + Ruder Architects, Dawnson Design Associates, Inc. and RD Olson Construction we were able to bring this one-of-a-kind fireplace design to life in time for an Emmy after party at the newly remodeled Kimptom Hotel Palomar in Beverly Hills, CA.

This large fireplace stands over 10 feet tall with a 2 1/2 foot line of fire linear burner surrounded by two concentric circles made of cold rolled steel with a custom black Patina finish.

Wood Fireplaces

“Definitely one for the record books and a worthy accomplishment on many fronts, including our firm. We’re very proud! Thank you for contributing a highlight to the team effort.” says an Austin Design Inc. representative. This custom 4-sided wood burning fireplace was built for the Grand Room at The Hermitage Club in Wilmington, VT where guests could enjoy a meal or morning cup of coffee with friends & family next to a large fireplace.

Due to the sheer size of this fireplace, it had to be dropped through the ceiling of the clubhouse using a crane; it still maintains the title of our Largest Wood Fireplace ever!

Outdoor Fireplaces

When an Acucraft custom outdoor gas fireplace was spec’d into a new Starbucks in Blaine, WA (one of the most elaborate locations in the US) we were excited to get started.

The new location included a 48′ tall lighthouse tower, an expansive lounge and a sunny patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee next to an impressive see through outdoor fireplace with a 12′ wide x 3′ tall viewing area with a custom designed ten-foot-long logset.
